SHIPPING

We deliver all orders within Australia using Australia Post Express Post. A tracking number will be emailed to you for real-time tracking.

  • Free Express Shipping: Orders over $99 AUD (after discounts) qualify for free Express Post delivery.
  • Standard Express Shipping Fee: A fee of $15 AUD applies to orders under $89 AUD.

Orders placed by 1:00 pm AEST Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day if items are in stock; otherwise, dispatch occurs the next business day. Standard delivery takes approximately 5-7 business days for back-ordered items.

Unattended Delivery Instructions
Selecting unattended delivery at checkout provides authority for Australia Post to leave your parcel at your specified location without a signature. By choosing this option, you accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the parcel once delivered.

Additional Fees for Undeliverable Items

  • Unclaimed Parcels: Any parcel returned to us because it was unclaimed will incur a re-shipping fee of $15 AUD. We will send you a separate invoice for this fee.
  • Incorrect or Incomplete Address: Parcels returned due to an incorrect address will also incur a $15 AUD re-shipping fee. An invoice will be sent for payment.

If a refund is requested for returned items due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, a $15 AUD fee will be deducted from the refund total.

Please note, Tina Roche Skin & Aesthetics assumes no responsibility for parcels marked as "Delivered" by Australia Post, unless products are faulty. Faulty items must be reported within 14 days for a refund or replacement (see Returns).

Returns

Money-Back Guarantee on Unopened Goods
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@tinarocheaesthetics.com.au to notify us of your intent to return unopened goods.
  2. Shipping the Return: Products should be securely packaged and sent to: Tina Roche Skin & Aesthetics

  3. Refund Process: Once we receive and confirm the goods are unopened, we will process a full refund for the item(s). Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal, AfterPay, or credit card).
  4. Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty Products

Returns for opened goods are accepted only if items are deemed faulty. To report an issue:

  1. Contact Us: Email info@tinarocheaesthetics.com.au within 14 days of delivery with details of the fault.
  2. Shipping the Return: Please send the items to: Tina Roche Skin & Aesthetics, 42 Maryland Street, Stanthorpe QLD 4380
  3. Refund of Return Shipping: We will reimburse return shipping costs up to $20 AUD when proof of shipping is provided.
  4. Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we have received the returned goods.

Skin Reactions

If you experience an adverse skin reaction, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us with details and provide photographic evidence of the reaction.
  2. Evaluation: We may need to investigate the issue with our supplier.
  3. Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping for skin reactions is at the customer’s expense and is not refundable.
