Are these products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Every product is clinically assessed, and many are formulated for reactive, sensitive or compromised skin barriers.
Do I need a prescription to buy from TRSA?
No prescription is needed for the skincare range. Some clinic treatments need a consultation first — this is noted on the treatment page.
How long before I see results?
Many clients notice a difference within 30 days of consistent use. Significant change usually takes around 90 days.
Do you offer Afterpay?
Yes — on all orders, with fortnightly payments and no extra fees.
What if a product doesn’t work for me?
We have a 30-day return policy, and we’ll help you find a better fit. Personalised Mixlab formulas are made just for you, so they can’t be returned for change of mind.
